To bring topics related to climate change closer to a wider audience, we decided to launch a podcast series called Climate Conversations.

The first two episodes were recorded by our colleague Céline Vander Elst, who chose to focus on Generation Z, the same generation she belongs to. The inaugural episode features interviews with young people from various European cities—Vienna, Amsterdam, and Brussels. Céline speaks with them about their perspectives on climate change, the emotions it evokes, and the strategies they personally adopt to engage with the issue.

In the second episode, Céline interviews Martha Monroe, Professor of Environmental Education at the University of Florida, School of Forest Resources and Conservation. Martha shares insights on how small, practical steps can help individuals influence their surroundings and take meaningful climate action.

Climate Conversations aims to highlight diverse voices and inspire listeners to reflect on their own role in addressing the climate crisis. You can listen to our podcasts here.
